1. Eligibility:

  •   Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the order delivery date.
  •   Only items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) are eligible.

2. Store Credit Only:

  •   Returns and exchanges will be processed for store credit only.
  •   Store credit will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

3. Return Process:

  •   To initiate a return or exchange go to the returns enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  •   Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  •   Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our email.
  •   Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

4. Condition of Returned Items:

  •   Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  •   Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

Inspection and Approval:

  •   Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection.
  •   Approval of the return is contingent upon the item meeting our return policy criteria.

Store Credit:

  •   Store credit will be issued to the customer's account once the return is approved.
  •   Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on future purchases.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  •   Certain items, such as worn items or bodysuits, are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Exchange Process:

  •     Exchanges are subject to product availability.

9. Damaged or Defective Items:

  •     If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement.
